Refund policy
If a case is broken, you get your money back. If you simply changed your mind before playing, you usually do too.

Subscriptions
Cancel any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again.
A refund of the current period is offered when a defect on our side stopped you playing and we could not fix it promptly.
Single cases
A case that has not been started in any room can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Once a room on that case has started, the case is considered used, except where the case itself was defective.
How to ask
Email hello@sleuthvault.com with the account email and the case or invoice. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
