Privacy policy
We keep what we need to run the game and nothing more. No ad tracking, no selling data.

What we store
Account: email address, display name, optional avatar, and sign-in method (email link, Google or Discord).
Play: the games you host or join, room chat, board contents, hints used, puzzle attempts and accusations. These are needed to run the room and to show your results.
Billing: a Stripe customer id and subscription status. Card details stay with Stripe.
Analytics: aggregate, per-case events (evidence opened, pins, hints, accusations, time to solve) keyed by opaque ids. No third-party trackers.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Cloudflare's network (D1, R2, KV, Durable Objects). Transactional email is sent through Resend. Payments go through Stripe.
Your choices
You can change your display name and avatar on your profile page. To delete your account and its data, email hello@sleuthvault.com from the address on the account.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-up and may set its own cookie.
